CO-INVEST
Our co-invest program provides access to early-stage and growth-stage ventures sourced directly through the curated NamiPoint network.
Each opportunity is offered on a deal-by-deal basis through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). A standalone LLC formed specifically for that investment, including follow-on or pro-rata rounds.
Every deal comes with a concise investment memo covering the thesis, metrics, and risks, enabling you to make informed, independent decisions.
Minimum participation begins at $5,000 per deal.
CO-ACQUIRE
We identify and acquire micro-businesses and tiny projects that are for sale, valued between $25,000 and $500,000.
These opportunities often include profitable online ventures, abandoned projects, SaaS tools, niche media properties, or established small businesses with growth potential.
Each acquisition is structured transparently, with shared ownership and defined operator roles where applicable, allowing partners to participate alongside us in scalable, cash-flow-driven assets. Co-acquisitions follow a similar model to our co-investment program.
