Approach
Typical deal sizes range from $50K to $500K, structured transparently and executed quickly.
We operate on a deal-by-deal basis. Each investment is made via a dedicated SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) or LLC, allowing co-investors to participate directly, with clear ownership and defined terms per opportunity.
- The minimum investment per startup is $5,000.
- You decide deal by deal whether you want to participate, and how much you’d like to invest.
- This gives you full flexibility and control over your exposure while maintaining access to curated, high-quality opportunities.
Carry & economics
Each co-investment includes a standard 15% carried interest (carry). A share of the profits earned only when a successful exit occurs.
Carry compensates the lead (NamiPoint Ventures) for:
- Negotiating deal terms
- Performing due diligence
- Structuring the SPV/LLC
- Writing the investment memo
- Advising and supporting the startup post-investment
This structure ensures full alignment: We only win when our investors do.
